Europe tour participants:

Raffle tickets will be available beginning Tuesday, November 10.  Please see Mr. Dokko to get them.  A few bits of information regarding the raffle tickets:

• The raffle is for a weekend in Paris for two, Veteran's Day 2010, November 10-14 and includes round trip airfare, 3 nights accommodations, and daily Continental breakfasts.
• Winner and guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Winner need not be present to collect prize.
• Tickets are $5 each, or a booklet of 5 tickets for $20.
• Remember, all your sales go towards your trip, so if you sell $1,000 in raffle tickets, that's $1,000 towards your trip.  However, please be aware that credits will not be applied to you account until after the raffle is completed.  Since the deadline to pay all final balance is in February, you won't be able to count on that credit on your account until just before we leave on tour in June.
• There are limits to how many raffle tickets you can take at one time.  Please see Mr. Dokko for more details.
• When you bring in money from raffle tickets, we prefer checks, payable to PCMA.  In the end, we write one check to ACIS with a document specifying how much credit goes to each participant.  Avoid cash, if possible...
